Margie was born and grew up in southwest Louisiana and East Texas. Later living in Dallas and San Antonio, Texas her appreciation of good food began. She has spent most of her life as a caterer, cook and entrepreneur. She owns Iva's Cafe. She lives in the country with her family and enjoys experimenting with recipes.
